As Founder of Female Wave of Change Canada, a national, member-based non-profit, she firmly believes that feminine leadership holds the key to creating a better world. Additionally, she serves as the President of Creative Life Coaching & Consulting.
Pam is the author of two best-selling books and is soon launching her third. Her books “Learning to Dance with Life: A Guide for High Achieving Women”, “The Exploits of Minerva: Reflections of a Sixty-Something Woman” and “Truths & Contradictions: Life-Changing Experiences in Afghanistan” draw from her diverse experiences across five continents. Her journey has included facing challenges such as burnout, separation, and divorce while ultimately finding lasting love.
With a fervent desire to share her insights and actionable strategies, Pamela inspires others to thrive in both life and work. Through experiential workshops, speaking engagements, podcast interviews, and her writing, she empowers participants worldwide to navigate change and lead during uncertain times.
